We are a boutique design studio and workshop on the outskirts of Prague. We design and handcraft iconic interior pieces from concrete. Functional interior products for people with the courage to live their style!
CULTO's mission is to seek timeless forms suitable and natural for concrete, making this material a competitive alternative to established interior materials. Because we believe that concrete is the material of a sustainable future.
Challenge Accepted!
We are masters of our craft. Michal has spent over ten years gathering experience in often technologically challenging projects for investors. He dedicated his entire professional life to concrete, even though he only passed his third-year university exam on concrete technological processes under the condition that he would avoid concrete in the future 🙂
Several of the projects he contributed to have received interesting awards in architectural and design competitions. It's probably not too bold to say that over the years, dozens of iconic pieces have been created in the CULTO workshop, which hold deep meaning for their owners.
We are a new studio, but not novices in the field.
We bring years of experience and a range of collaborations with architects, designers, and other professionals in the field. We can manufacture common items like concrete window sills and bar counter tops, but we find more joy in specialties. Public furniture, artistic installations, standalone pieces of garden furniture, and custom-designed interior treasures are our forte.
Our capacity is limited to just four projects a year. This is to ensure that each project receives the time it needs to mature and reach its full potential.
